Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 cup milk
2 cups coconut milk
1½ tablespoons lemon juice
¼ sliced green onion
450 grams prawns
Hot Rice
Procedure:
1. In a large covered pot melt the butter. Stir in the flour and then the salt, curry powder, and ginger.
2. Blend in the milk and then the coconut milk, gradually. Cook, covered, until the mixture comes to a boil , stirring from time-to-time to keep the flour in suspension.
3. When the curry sauce is simmering and thickened, stir in the lemon juice and then the prawns.
4. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is simmering again and the shrimp are bright pink and tender.
5. Serve with hot rice sprinkled with green onions as garnish.
6. Enjoy

Fish Adobo (Spanish Style)

- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp cane vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup sliced sour pickles
- ½ cup Sliced carrots
- 2 pcs Chili
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 pcs whole cloves
- 1/4tsp peppercorn
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Spanish paprika
- 1/2 kilo fish fillet, (cubed)
Procedure:
- Sauté all the vegetables in olive oil then add in all the spices.
- Add the water, vinegar and soy sauce to the pot and simmer.
- Add the fish and simmer until the fish cooks.

Fish Tacos

- 4 fish fillets (preferably Salmon)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 can corn kernels
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2c scallions
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- lime wedges for garnish
Procedure:
- Heat the griddle with a little of olive oil.
- Rub the fillet with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle top of fillets with chili powder.
- Grill till fish is opaque and coked through and through.
- In another pan, add corn and garlic.
- Remove from pan.
- Stir in the salsa and scallions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in plate with corn and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Shrimp Tempura

- 1/2 cup rice wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound fresh shrimp, peeled
- 2 quarts oil for deep frying
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Procedure:
- In a medium bowl, mix rice wine and salt. Place shrimp into the mixture. Cover and marinate.
- Heat oil in deep-fryer.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, ice water, cornstarch, egg yolk, salt, white sugar, shortening and baking powder.
- One at a time, dip shrimp into the flour mixture to coat. Carefully place a few shrimp at a time in the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown on all sides, about 1 1/2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove from oil. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve

Baked Fish Fillets

- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tbsp. finely cut parsley
- 1 c. milk
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
- Place fish in dish.
- Sprinkle with flour, seasonings and parsley.
- Combine milk, butter, and crumbs.
- Spread over fish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until top is browned.

Lettuce Wrapped Tuna Salad

- 1 1/2 tsp Ceasar Salad dressing
- 1/2 can of tuna
- 2 small carrots, chopped
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 3 olives
- 1/2 cup tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direction:
- In a small bowl, combine tuna, chopped carrot, olives, and tomato.
- Chop one of the lettuce leaves and add.
- Spinkle with remaining spices, salad dressing, then mix thoroughly.
- Using the other lettuce leaf, place tuna salad in the center and fold

Baked Oysters with Cheese

- garlic, minced
- onions minced
- 1 Cup Spinach
- Worsertershire Sauce
- 6 pieces fresh oysters
- 1 Cup grated cheese
- rock salt
Procedure:
- Saute garlic, onions, bacon, spinach.
- Add worcestershre sauce
- Pour Spinach mixture on top of all oysters on baking tray and top with grated cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 5 minutes and serve in plate with rock salt.

- 5 pcs whole cloves

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Spanish paprika
- 1/2 kilo fish fillet, cubed
Procedure:
- Sauté all the vegetables in olive oil then add in all the spices.
- Add the water, vinegar and soy sauce to the pot and simmer.
- Add the fish and season with salt to taste. Simmer until the fish cooks.
- Serve with bread.

Baked Oyster

- 8 pieces bacon
- 1 garlic, minced
- 2 onions minced
- Rock Salt
- 1 Cup Spinach
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 pieces fresh oysters
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
Procedure:
- Fry bacon till crispy and slice to small pieces.
- Saute garlic, onions, bacon, spinach.
- Add Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour Spinach mixture on top of all oysters on baking tray and top with grated cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 5 minutes and serve in plate with rock salt.
