Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely cut parsley
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Place fish in dish.
  4. Sprinkle with flour, seasonings and parsley.
  5. Combine milk, butter, and crumbs.
  6. Spread over fish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
