Ingredients:
350 grams soaked canton noodles
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup fried tofu, diced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon grated veggie cheese
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Drain soaked canton noodles, transfer in a serving plate, set aside.
Heat oil and saute onions, diced tofu, red bell pepper, button mushroom, Italian seasoning and tomato sauce. - Mix well and simmer in medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt for desired taste.
- Simmer for another minute.
- Pour over canton noodles.
Top with grated veggie cheese - Serve immediately
