Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 1/2 tbsp each finely chopped capsicum and cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till light brown.
  2. Add all the vegetables and bay leaf and stir fry.
  3. Then add 3 cups of water and bring to the boil.
  4. Lower the flame, cover and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
