Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
- 1 1/2 tbsp each finely chopped capsicum and cauliflower
- 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till light brown.
- Add all the vegetables and bay leaf and stir fry.
- Then add 3 cups of water and bring to the boil.
- Lower the flame, cover and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
