Vegetarian Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces quality chocolate
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp liquer (Kahlua, Grand Marnier, etc)

Procedure:

  1. In a fondue pot over low heat, combine chocolate and whipping cream, stirring constantly so chocolate doesn't burn.
  2. Once chocolate has melted and is smooth and creamy, slowly add the liquer, stirring to combine
  3. Keep warm in fondue pot.
