Ingredients:
- 8 ounces quality chocolate
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp liquer (Kahlua, Grand Marnier, etc)
Procedure:
- In a fondue pot over low heat, combine chocolate and whipping cream, stirring constantly so chocolate doesn't burn.
- Once chocolate has melted and is smooth and creamy, slowly add the liquer, stirring to combine
- Keep warm in fondue pot.
