Ingredients:
- 1 cup short grain brown rice
- 2½ cups water
- ½ vegetable bouillon cube
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
Procedure:
- Place water and bouillon cube in pot and simmer until cube is dissolved.
- Place all other ingredients in pot and bring to boil.
- Turn down to simmer and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 3
