Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups mixed diced vegetables( carrots, capsicum, cabbage, beans)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Procedures:
- Dissolve the cornflour in water to form a smooth paste.
- Then mix the rest of the ingredients in the cornflour paste. Marinate the vegetables in this paste for half an hour.
- Then pressure cook the vegetables till the first whistle.
- Add the dissolved cornflour to it.
- Continue stirring till thick consistency is obtained.
- Serve hot.
