Ingredients:
- 2 medium onions, sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup vegan barbecue sauce
Procedure:
- Sauté onions in broth in a large pan over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
- Add barbecue sauce and heat 2 minutes longer. Serve warm.
Serve over your favorite veggie burger or as a side dish.
