Fried Eggs with Radish

Ingredients:

  • 75g Radish
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsps chopped spring onions
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp sweetened chili sauce

Procedures:

  • Wash radish, squeeze dry and chop finely.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl, add in chopped radish, salt and chopped spring onion. Mix well.
  • Heat some oil in a wok. Saute garlic until fragrant. Pour in egg mixture. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
  • Dish up, spoon chili sauce at the center and serve.
