Ingredients:
- 75g Radish
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsps chopped spring onions
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sweetened chili sauce
Procedures:
- Wash radish, squeeze dry and chop finely.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add in chopped radish, salt and chopped spring onion. Mix well.
- Heat some oil in a wok. Saute garlic until fragrant. Pour in egg mixture. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
- Dish up, spoon chili sauce at the center and serve.
