Ingredients:
- 1/4 kilo String beans
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons dashi stock
- 1 teaspoon miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Procedures:
- Boil 1/4 kilo String beans until done. Set aside.
- Grind 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds with mortar and pestle.
- Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons dashi stock, 1 teaspoon miso paste, 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Blend well.
- Toss with cooked green beans.
- Top with more sesame seeds.
